Experienced Gas Safe Engineer

The Role

  • Service and Maintenance in line with manufacturer’s guidance and Gas safe regulations.
  • Completing remedial works
  • Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of commercial plant & systems
  • Detailed reporting and Gas safe documents via PDA

Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer

The Role
Maintenance work and response by diagnosing the fault and identifying system errors. Ideally, you’ll have an understanding and repairing Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic units, although is not essential and further training can be offered.

Mechanical Building Services Estimator

The Role

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator you will play a crucial role in our project development and execution. You will be responsible for estimating and budgeting mechanical building services projects, ensuring that they are financially feasible and align with our clients' needs and industry standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimation.
  • Utilise industry-standard estimating software and tools to prepare comprehensive project cost breakdowns.
  • Evaluate material and labour costs, equipment expenses, and other factors to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Develop detailed project proposals, including cost summaries, scope of work, and timelines.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations to address questions and concerns related to project estimates.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and cost data to ensure accuracy in estimations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Building Services Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related building services.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
